AI Support Toolbox
To achieve the goals set in the National AI Strategy and increase the base capacity of the public sector organizations that are initiating and carrying out AI projects, implement data-driven decision-making and enhance existing AI capabilities, we collaborate with the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications, the Information System Authority, the Ministry of Justice and the Data Protection Inspectorate to provide support to institutions in launching, carrying out and implementing AI projects. As far as AI projects are concerned, it is essential to involve as many members of the institution as possible in the launch and implementation of the project, including representatives from business, content and technical domains. In order to provide support, we can involve data analysts and AI experts from both the private and public sectors to find the best solutions. All services are provided free of charge and tailored to the specific needs of each institution. We can also provide assistance in finding funding options for pilot projects.

(MORNING) SEMINARS

Content: we provide a brief overview of the development of the field of data, its objectives, key activities, the value to be obtained, implemented AI projects, experiences gained and support offered

AI WORKSHOPS

Target group: institutions interested in launching an AI project and get an overview of the specificities of AI projects

Content: we introduce AI through the project lifecycle to provide institutions with an understanding of starting points, specificities of an AI project, preconditions and potential risks

BÜROKRATT WORKSHOPS

Target group: institutions that have started using or are about to start using Bürokratt and would like a more comprehensive overview of how Bürokratt works and what kind of functionalities it has

Content: we introduce all the different Bürokratt modules, show how to train the chatbot and how to create services using Bürokratt

Content: together with the institution, we map the services and analyze the data which is a prerequisite for a successful AI project; we assess the likelihood of project execution, risks and expected benefits

DEEP DIVES
1-3 days
Target group: institutions that have an idea for an AI project and wish to further analyse their idea with experts in the field and prepare a project plan for implementation

Content: together with the institution, we conduct an in-depth analysis of the data and potential AI solutions with regard to one specific service and provide assistance in project plan preparation

Strategic benefits: establishment of preconditions, risk management, basic capacity building, technical and legal validation of the project, project plan compilation
ALGORITHMIC IMPACT ASSESSMENT

Target group: institutions that are implementing an AI or data science project and wish to assess the different aspects of the project and receive recommendations and feedback based on the impact assessment

Content: assessment of the AI project’s impact, risks, input data and quality, provision of recommendations and feedback to ensure that AI is implemented in accordance with the basic principles of administrative law

DATA PANEL

Target group: institutions that are implementing an AI project and wish to validate the design in co-operation with an advisory board and receive feedback

Content: expert advisory board helps to assess the potential risks of both planned and ongoing projects, which are related to personal data protection or data processing in general.

DATA / AI SANDBOX

Target group: institutions that are implementing a complex AI project and wish to assess the risks together with an advisory board and receive practical support in carrying out the project

Content: the expert advisory board helps the project team validate and test the recommendations provided in the panel in order to mitigate possible risks

SUPPORT MATERIALS

Target group: institutions that need assistance and advice in the implementation of specific standards or guidelines
